Massage the forehead, temples and back of the neck gently with Black Seed Oil and take two x five (5) ml teaspoons of Black Seed Oil neat or in a warm mint tea with honey and lemon juice.
Alternatively, substitute the Oil for three capsules. When your particular condition improves, you may reduce your dosage to one x five (5) ml teaspoon or two capsules once daily as a preventative measure.
Soak in an Epsom Salt Bath, or Therapeutic Bath Soak regularly during the week.
