Take regular Epsom Salt baths, or bathe in the Therapeutic Bath Soak.
Use a castor oil pack at least 4 times a week until your condition improves. Then reduce it to once or twice a week.
Take two x five milliliter (ml) teaspoons of Black Seed Oil every evening in a cup of warm mint tea with organic honey and lemon juice. Alternatively, take three Black Seed Oil capsules.
When your particular ailment significantly improves, you may reduce your oil intake as you achieve optimum health. If hormone or stress disorders are causing deep aches and pains (in the back for example) you may additionally massage affected area(s) with Spirit Within Therapeutic Massage Oil, or Black Seed oil. (re-applying Mercy Massage Oil as it is absorbed) for at least fifteen (15) minutes as frequently through the course of the day or as is required to relieve pain.
