Daily Plan For Maintaining Physical Health & Wellbeing

We have put some suggestions forward to help you maintain your health and wellbeing. Work with our plan and introduce it into your daily routine and see the difference within a few weeks.

We take a holistic approach towards health, the three parts must be functioning as a whole, body, mind and soul

2 x 5 ml (teaspoons) of black seed oil, or 2 black seed capsules

6 x super collagen plus tablets (3 in the morning, 3 in the evening)

2 large glasses of mineral water, mixed with Black Cherry Concentrate

1 x good multivitamin (with cod liver oil)

4 Green Tea Extract Capsules (315mg per capsule - 2 caps twice daily)

To be taken alongside a good healthy diet and moderate exercise.

In addition…

Use the Emu oil for any skin blemishes, stretch marks, scars, eczema, spots or acne. Massage it into the face or specific area two or three times a day. Use it also for arthritis and joint aches and pains, particularly on the hands and feet.

Massage the Black Seed Oil well into the skin at least twice a week before bathing. Rub it quite vigorously into as much of the body as you can reach, taking special care to massage the feet and scalp well. When you are in the tub, wash the oil off the body with a cotton flannel or sponge, using pure olive oil soap. Wash the hair in clean warm water (using Spirit Within Shampoo and Conditioner, if you like!) The massage will boost your circulation and help with lymphatic drainage, the oil will exfoliate and moisturize the skin, removing any dead skin cells, leaving it feeling beautifully soft and supple. Pat yourself dry and as an option you can use the Spirit Within Body Moisturizer. This is great to do before bedtime as it will leave you feeling very relaxed and stress-free!

In addition…

To remove the stresses of your daily life, take an Epsom salt bath at least twice a week. Soak for no longer than 20 minutes at a time, keep the bath nice and warm but not too hot.

In addition…

If you have any aches and pains, use the castor oil packs regularly, placing them on the problem area (such as a joint). If you have any pain in your hands or feet, get a pair of clean sports (toweling) socks and cut off the ankles. Soak them in castor oil and slip onto the hand or foot, then wrap it in a plastic bag and rest it on a hot water bottle (wrapped in a towel) or a wheat bag. For upset tummy or digestion, place the flannel at the top of the ribs on the right hand side. For period pains or menstrual problems, use the packs at the top of the abdomen (under the breast bone) as well as the lower abdomen area. Women can get high cramping during the menstrual cycle, and the castor oil will help release this and can work on a permanent basis for you.
