Tips To Remember…

If you drink coffee or tea, try and drink “proper” ground coffee from a percolator. The Black Seed Oil goes well in this (even though the taste can get a bit of getting used to!). Keep it all black, no sugar, cream or milk! Caffeine isn’t necessarily a bad thing – it can give you a boost, but keep it moderate. Don’t drink any fizzy drinks and stay off low calorie foods or fat free foods as these increase your sugar intake and make your blood sugar go haywire, causing lapses in energy. Fizzy mineral water is fine to drink and it goes well with the Black Cherry Concentrate! Maintaining good blood sugar balance will keep your energy levels up. The rules are: One Protein and One Carbohydrate for breakfast (e.g. slice of bread with an egg or with peanut butter). One Protein and Salad or Vegetables for lunch, and the same for evening meal. Starch carbohydrates to be eaten every other day (e.g. potatoes, rice, pasta). Vegetable carbs can be eaten at any evening meal (e.g. sweet potatoes, carrots, peas). During the day (whilst you are at work for instance) eat something every hour – like a few nuts, a handful of raisins, carrot sticks, a few pretzels etc. Stay off sugary foods as much as possible – if you eat them, eat them later on in the day rather than earlier. Eat fruit after lunch until early evening. For a healthy bowel eat one pear a day, or drink some pear juice. If it’s warm or hot, it’s easy to dehydrate without realising. Drink lots of water during the day anyway – but in the summer months we can dilute the salt in our body by dong this! We sweat out the salt through the skin, so remember to drink some isotonic (energy) drinks each day, then you will be sure not to dehydrate. If you have muscle cramps, or pains in the legs, numbness, feel irritable, anxious or low and the weather is hot, or you’ve been running around, or doing some exercise - these can all be signs of dehydration. Sometimes replacing water isn’t enough – we have to put the salts and glucose back in. Measure your body fat index (there are machines in chemists, gyms, sports centres that can do this), or if you think you are overweight or carrying too much fat, or if you have trouble losing weight, or if you are generally unhappy with your body size - then try the Weight Loss Plus Patch. The patches do actually work, but you have to stick with them for a few months. There are other benefits in using them too. If you don't have much fat to lose (less than 8lbs), then there is a "lower" patch that sports people, body builders, and fitness trainers use. It doesn't work as fast, but the fat is targeted, preserving lean muscle mass.

In addition…

If you need to lift your mood, you may find that you will benefit from taking additional vitamin B supplements, magnesium, chromium and selenium on a daily basis for a couple of months. There is also a product called "True Calm" which is very good for suppressing anxiety and panic, during those difficult periods.
